I know there are a million tools to check the number of backlinks a site has, but is there one where you can check how many of those backlinks are for a particular keyword? Like a site might have 25,000 backlinks but say you were trying to rank for "weight loss" is there anyway to check to see how many of those 25,000 links are used to rank for "weight loss"

    Market Samurai has this functionality.

Breakdown of PR, backlink list and the keyword for the backlink.

I'm using market samurai right now and I can't find anything like that just the amount of backlinks and PR domain age and such but it doesn't give how many of those backlinks are used specifically to rank for the keyword i'm using. Unless I'm missing somthing

First, make sure you're using the latest version, there's even one which you can pirate in the DL section.

Second, you may be missing the little arrow you need to click in order for those options to show up. On the SEO Comp screen, click the little down arrow which is to the left of the DA measurement.

Although I don' think its 100% accurate (are any?), and I would like to know its guideline for a good or bad link.

Can only analyse a site once, which is a bit odd.

The SEOquake extension for Firefox has a good toolbar for using Yahoo! Site Explorer to check backlinks on the fly.

nice toolbar SEOquake, but doesn't show anchor text for links. Unless I've missed a setting?
