Here's the most easiest way...
Send someone the domain in a chat. If it's banned, you'll see an error
If it's not, the domain will go through (delete your message once it goes thru)

Watch for this behavior:
Post shows and gets upvotes → Not banned
Post disappears instantly after posting → Domain might be auto-filtered
You can see the post, but logged-out users or others can’t → Shadowbanned
