How can I check an expired domain to see if it is good or just spammy domain banned by google.

How can I do that?

Please if in the forum is some guide, put it here...

Ahrefs to check anchors, backlinks etc.

Wayback machine to check content.

Check the backlinks and anchors by using majestic or SEMRush. So backlinks should be better did not have any spam links like adult, viagra and other language links.
Check the history by using Ahref.

Thanks just check anchor, backlinks and back machine..

And there is a tool to see if is banned or spam domain?

What do you mean - spam? You see spam by backlinks and anchors.

And for "banned", check the index in google.
