How to check a pages demographics ?

    I need to check the demographics for a regular facebook page and a fanpage.

    Is there a tool to do this ?

    Not that I am aware of, and even if there was a tool to do this, you can only scrape so many fans from a fan page, and without being their friend, a lot of them are not going to reveal their location and other important information within their profile.
