I know that many of you already do this... but buy a domain (any name/niche you want)... install SMF, phpBB and any other forum script you want... disable CAPTCHA to make it easier for people to create users (you know how the bots do it)... once you have a TON of profiles and URLs PINGED by them you simply redirect all the traffic to wherever you want... as easy as that...

Ha, I once parked a dead forum of mine using Adsense for domains and it actually started earning from the junk traffic so I took it off sharpish, didn't want to lose my Adsense account!

most of the profiles created will be selling CIALIS and stuff like that... if you have a sponsor that sells this kind of product I am sure your traffic will be really good... otherwise people would not be doing that, would they?
