For the past ten years I've computer trained Realtors. I come out to their home or office. I charge $250 per session and give them 3 months free unlimited support. Recently I have created a membership site and set up PayPal billing. I would like to set it up so they get continued ongoing support and access to the membership site. I was thinking instead of charging $250 up front, charge $99 plus $47 a month and require them be members for 3 months. Then after that they can cancel any time but I'm hoping I can offer them enough value that they won't.

Is there a better way to go about this? Maybe charging more up front then $1 for the first month then $47? I don't want to structure it in a way that I lose business either. Yet I would like to increase the lifetime value of each customer so I can in the end charge less per individual. If I did this right from the beginning I would have a monthly income coming in from many hundreds of customers. The way I've been going about it loses out on future income and a continuing relationship. Any recommendations? Thanks.

BTW, If I'm posting this in the wrong place I apologize. Please let me know if there's a better section or forum.
