How to change your ip address with adsl?

My internet connection is ADSL and I was looking for the fastest way to change my ip address. I know if I unplug my modem and my router all night the address will be different in the morning.

I don't believe that if I just unplug it for 5 minutes the ip address will change though.

How do I change my ip in the shortest possible time?

At least where I'm from you can call your ADSL provider and make
them put in a order that automatically resets your connection and
gives you a new IP every 24 hours, or 48 hours, etc......
