    Few questions....

How do I disable post/blog format & turn WP into Static Pages?

How do you remove those stupid widgets altogether & align page links in a right sided column(like a traditional static html website)?

How do I ensure that the pages are symmetrical & visually aesthetic?

    Still Looking!
As above. Not really that hard to do. But also choosing the right theme, will help give that "static page" feel to your WP website....choose carefully or try a few out first.
Still unsure, check out, go for your dream ( google them), their information and videos on working with wordpress sites, are free!

    Good luck.
