Does anyone have proven strategies that still work to manipulate PPA questions? For example, you have a few questions that you want to suppress and get out of that block. Clickfarms? Creating other questions on other websites?

Trying to game people also ask(PPA) results is not a dependable strategy.Methods like click farms or creating fake question might seem tempting,but they do not hold up over time and can even lead to penalties from google.

If you’re referring to changing suggested keyword searches through botnets, yes - that’s defintely a thing.
