If you log in on an unfamiliar device the platform may trigger a security check but you can change your password in Settings Security and Login and you should log out of other devices and enable two factor authentication for extra safety

You need to wait few days until Facebook will make your device trusted, then you can change password, add 2FA etc.

Super easy. Go to Settings & Privacy → Security and Login → Change Password. Enter your current password, then the new one. Make sure to log out other devices if you want extra safety. Always use a strong, unique password.

If you can not change the password when logging in on a strange device, the only way is to wait until FB recognizes that it is a device that is frequently logged in. Try to stay logged in and active with a stable IP, after a while you can change the password.

A few days ago someone trying to login my facebook account. Then i change my facebook password and email too. Now i can't login my facebook account. They said to me session time out.

If you’re logged in on a device you don’t trust, go to Settings → Security & Login → Change Password right away, then use Log out of all devices to kick out any unknown sessions.
