Hello, want to schedule my tiktok posts via pc but also want to change my location to us.

Using an macbook pro m1 but don’t know if softwares like expressvpn or nordvpn really works with getting views.

For that you need to set your accounts location to USA and use a US Mobile Proxy 4g or 5g, make sure you purchase one which comes with rotation option so you can change the IP whenever it's needed.

vpns are useless for accounts as they will already have been abused
by other people. you will require a 4g USA proxy.
