How to Change IPs for Use with CL Bot

I have private proxies I use with Scrapebox and Sick Submitter. I was going to use them with CL Bot Pro, however in order to change my IP, I was trying to use Foxy Proxy. Problem is, Foxy Proxy requires a username and password for each IP. The proxy service I use - Your Private Proxy - doesn't provide usernames and passwords. So...

What am I missing? How can I change / rotate my IP for use with CL Bot Pro using my private IPs? Thanks!
