Hi I am suspended from ebay. trying to create a new account. to do so i am required to change my ip address. but there are two types of ips, external and internal, I can easily change the internal IP by going to CMD command. But how to change external IP. AND as to if it is necessary to change external IP for ebay or or it is not necessary. ( i am not sure what ip ebay bans on suspended members? Please help Thank You.

I would suggest using a VPS and being more secure and skipping that whole process :)

Good Luck,

HMAPro will let you change IPs or any other vpn

HMA is a disaster for stealth accounts. Their VPN's are over used and easily detected.
I would not recommend HMA for anything more than watching You Tube or getting
past fire walls.

If you have a router, you can have up to 100 different IPs...

Your IP will change or it will not, it all depends on your ISP. Some internet providers change your IP on daily, weekly or rarely on monthly basis. Ask them... but still, you can try different proxy servers.

You need to change your external IP... just route your connection through a proxy.

If you have a dynamic IP, it'll change on its own. Ask your ISP if that's the case. If not (you have a static IP like me), just get a private proxy (~$1 per month) or use public ones (free). There are plenty of threads about this on BHW already, as it's pretty much a necessity for doing anything remotely gray or blackhat.

IMO, You really only need a VPS if you're going to be blasting emails 24/7 or something that requires automation and anonymity together for long periods of time. I just use private proxies for most of my work, and it's going well so far. If you only need a new IP for manual browsing, I'd just look up a public proxy before each time (I use automated scrapers, but there are lists on the forum you can use) and use a preconfigured setup like the Tor browser (slow and banned in a lot of places), or the proxy switchy app for chrome, or the proxy button in firefox. Lots of options.

A big company like eBay probably isn't going to look very hard behind your new IP so I wouldn't worry too much, but you need an elite proxy, meaning it will not identify itself as a proxy, and appear as just another browser (though it depends on just what you were doing...)

Login to your router and change the MAC address. Then remove power from your router and restart it. You should now have a new IP address.

Is it possible to chane your IP on a iDevice? Ive been banned on an app and Im trynna change my IP

also ive heard rumour that ebay does something with cookies annd browser related tracking. To be safe id suggest if you were using say firefox before use chrome or ie to access ebay for new account. I run several ebay accounts and what I do so I don't mess up is my computer has a separate windows user account for each ebay account so I dont log in on the same account.

Try to buy a private proxy from a well known proxy providers if you don't want your antonymous IP to get saturated.
