how to change hosting?

I want to change hosting . My website uses wordpress . I have bought domain+hosting on this hosting company but I want to change it. Is there anyway to change it and not lose my content and stuff? I have wordpress which I installed with their cpanel

back up your wordpress websites before transferring to a new host, btw they can also do it for you.

Most hosts offer migration so you can ask them. Else just use some backup & restore plugins.

You can also find other plugins that do same job.

Backup your files from public_html folder on cpanel. Than make a backup of your Database.

You can do this manually or you can login to your Cpanel and under BACKUP WIZARD you have an option to make a full backup of your account.

Than you can use that backup to restore your website on the other hosting provider.

And like the member above said ask your new hosting provider for website migration, most of the hosting providers offer that to their clients free of charge.
