How to change google ads payment to be safe? Do I need to change my address as well?

My old card is expired. Want to change without Suspicious Account.

do not change billing address just use new cards with same address or use an auto avs vcc, it will never harm your accounts

do not change the name, name does not matter, for bank cards google will cheek the zip code is match or not,

Changing billing country , making payment from many different country trigger the red flag.

the algorithm will probably suspend the account and you have to appeal explaining why are you using a card that is not yours

its my card .. but i have multiple cards and trying to run mutiple acs ... so if i put my name on all acs .. they will catche my all acs and suspend all acs

regardless if it is your card or not different name will trigger the algorithm to suspend you
