How to change facebook 2fa and remove email + phone number

2FA needs to be set up from your settings, where there is security and login.

you can do all at setting, but need keep 2FA to save
 
you can't remove 2FA, because it's for login security
 
I once deleted my old phone number from my profile, but somehow when Facebook checked to verify my phone number, it still asked to verify my old phone number, and I couldn't get my profile back.
 
You can do that in settings, security and login.
 
about enable 2FA:
Settings > Security & Login > Use two-factor authentication > Choose method.
about delete Emails/Calls:
Settings > Your Facebook Information > Off-Facebook Activity > Manage Your Information > Clear history.
 
These past few days I have not been able to change my password or email.
 
You need to set it up in your settings, make sure you use the correct 2FA
 
go to security settings you will be able to enable 2FA. and to delete email go to facebook info settings
 
Turn on or manage two-factor authentication
1. Click on your profile picture in the top right, then click Settings and privacy.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Accounts Center, then click Password and security.
4. Click Two-factor authentication, then click on the account that you'd like to update.
Choose the security method you want to add and follow the on-screen instructions.
 

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)​

  1. Log in to Facebook: Open the Facebook app or website and log into your account.
  2. Go to Settings:Click on the downward arrow in the top right corner (on the web) or go to the menu (on the app).
    Select Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  3. Select Security and Login:Find the Two-Factor Authentication section and click on Edit.
  4. Enable 2FA:Choose your authentication method (via authentication app or SMS) and follow the instructions to complete the setup.
    Delete Email and Direct Call Information
  5. Go to Settings:As mentioned above, go to Settings.
  6. Select Security and Login:Find the Contact Information section.
  7. Delete Email:If you have multiple emails, click on Edit next to the email you want to delete and select Remove.
  8. Turn Off Direct Calls:In the security settings, look for the option related to call notifications and turn them off.
    Notes
    Confirmation: After making changes, double-check to ensure everything has been updated.
    Account Security: Enabling 2FA helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
 
go to settings then search for login security and the login info you can delete there
 
You just need to go to Facebook settings -> Account Center -> Password and Security -> Two-Factor Authentication. To delete your phone number and email, just go to Personal Details and remove them
