This works for some stuff..... but all Tor IPs are identified.

For regular browsing i use protonvpn based in Swiss, i believe them more than any other vpn provider.
Also i use some extensions to make me safe from trackers etc...
noscript - i'm not using the web without js, i just enable those that i really need for website to work
privacy badger
random user agent, generate new agent every 5 min
ublock origin for ads
disconnect for other trackers that somehow still exist
and i use canvas blocker

This will make you more "interesting", but i don't care, at least they don't get all those other data... and really if you trust your vpn, if you are not doing something shady, who ever is wanting to track you or something is fucked up, because vpn have no reason to give your info.

If you want to go to full anonymous mode or something, proxychains+tor
I forgot to mention, i'm using linux, if you want some privacy or to be anonymous and you use windows, it's pointless.
