How do I change the "50% off skin" thing to a custom line of my own?

This is in cpa grip.

Is there any custom made templates where I can manually configure these things? And yes I did check both CSS and HTML and there is no option to edit that line.

You need to create the locker manually yourself with html css and direct link that offer.
Follow this tutorial to create a content locker:
https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/free-cpa-gateway-content-locker-code.210109/
Afterwards go to cpagrip offers and get the link to that specific offer and in the locker code add the link with the preferred text

CPAGrip has been giving me a hard time too. Anyidea how to inlude a goddamn tracker id in their url lockers?
