How to change domain name with least impact ?

I need to register a new domain and migrate my old web site to it.

I planned 301 redirect at cloudflare, is this will fix all.

Should I use 301 table to redirect each URL?

Also, anything else can do to maintain visitors not lost?

In the google search console you can let google know that you have a new domain and that the old one redirects to the new one. (if i remember correctly, they advise that you have the old domain redirect to the new site for at least 90 days)
