How to change adsense country

Hello all,

I got an adsense account from someone and the account reached payout last year only for me to find out the country is set to Georgia so I cannot receive the payment.

I need to change the country to my own country of residence but can't find the option to change country even after following the instructions here https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/2372633?hl=en


It seems adsense changed their policy on changing residence country or is there anything I'm missing?

Adsense publishers are allowed to change address/country. You're allowed to move.

I know you can't change the name on the account or the pay-to name, but everything else is game. You just need to contact Google.

The country option that shows on my acc is not changeable

There are three situations in which you won't be able to change your country
1) The payment currency in your account currently isn't available as a payment currency in your new country.
2) You?re changing your profile address to a country outside of your contracting entity
3) You're located in or changing your country to one of the following:
China, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, or Singapore
 
I had tried to change many times but it cant be changed, it will come up with a error message

Mine doesn't even allow me to edit the country menu. Ie, the option is not selectable
 
I'm not sure if that is working, since is not on your name, it is difficult to get paid, but you can contact them for an answer .
 
You can't change from one country to another. Even a Google rep will tell you to create a new account in your new country.
