How to change a dns server

    My site is down, because i did not renew my hosting account, i never received the notification but i have another host, which i want to transfer my site to the new host the site domain name is register by yahoo, but i also did not renew it with them so now cant access the panel for this domain and change the name server to the new one? is there a way to do this?

    please help me...

    It should be where you sign in on yahoo. where you paid for the domain.

    yeah but yahoo discontinued my service because they want me to pay them 34 usd for renew my domain so i can not access the capanel to make the changes and transfer the domain to the new hosting server> any other input?

    you dont go to cpanel. go to yahoo where u bought the domain.
