How to categorise my database?

I have a database of over 1.5 million records and would like to start categorising each website based on 'industry type'.

Does anybody know if a bit of software exists that would allow me to import a list of websites and the software would then suggest a suitable category?

Any advice/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
