I need to cash out $20k in btc.

I need a SEPA bank transfer.

How / where cash out crypto in a secure and safe way without been scammed?

Please NO localbitcoin or this type of site where I've to meet people in real life and sell chunks of BTC.

I want to send ALL crypto and receive a SEPA bank transfer.

That's all.

I don't think this's a big issue.
Use local bitcoin.. A little bit of research can help you to avoid being scammed, except if you are from Nigeria...

Look for exchangers, and make sure you don't get scammed. Don't just send 20k in BTC to someone, even if they're a legit, because me personally I'd drop my exchanging business and yank those 20k from u :) so just send bit by bit, maybe $100-$200

If you're fine with getting KYC'd by your bank for receiving a hefty sum out of the blue, why not go to a regulated exchange?
 
use CEX.IO, it works in minutes for SEPA, you will have to verify identity and I think there is 10k day limit for new accounts

You didn't ask but i'll just say because i'm a good Samaritan - Please do check that it is legal in your country and be prepared for the bank to notify your IRS for that transfer. I know few stories of people who got their bank transfer from crypto sources frozen for "money laundering" and other bs. That is why I cash out by meeting people, which you don't want to do anyway.

Anyone tell you here i can do it he's gonna scoop that 20K and leave you stargazing.

This kind of services require a 50/50 share (you get 50% and the service get 50%) i've seen them on blakcmarkets

Don fall for scams this kind of services are risky and there's a chance you don't even get your money. Stay cautious!
 
Localbitcoin and Binance P2P are good. Just do it 1K to 2K max per transaction with a reputed seller!

You don't have to meet anyone in real life but depending on your country, your bank might ask the reason for such transfers and you will need to prove its source.

I would say converting it is the easy part, dealing with your bank is what you should worry about.
 
There are sites like paxful and localbitcoin that will help you for this.

In localbitcoins dot com, P2P, you do not need to meet a buyer or seller face to face. You can sell your BTC and get paid into your local bank account. without getting scammed, as they have a robust escrow in place. I have had hundreds of trades (transactions) at localbitcoins dot com and I've never got scammed. One can get scammed only if one does something stupid like releasing the escrowed amount before getting paid or before receiving payment, etc.
If your amount is like US$20,000 in BTC and you need to have some comfort, then do not sell it all in one transaction or trade, split it into lots of US$500 or US$1000 (of BTC) per transaction or trade.
And, one more thing : Anyone motivating you to exchange money to crypto or crypto to money in a face to face real life meet, is most certainly going to rob you with a loaded gun pointed point-blank on your head & you'll be lucky if the trigger is not pulled !!!. I would like to boldly state one thing (even though this may result in mass revolt) : People lose their crypto to scammers, because of their own stupidity, after which they are usually reluctant to admit that what they did was stupid.

No, not at all safe that way either. Let's say Mr.A meets Mr.B inside a bank or a public safe place and Mr.A sells his crypto to Mr.B, and deal is done and then Mr.A happily leaves the bank or safe place with the cash, then Mr.B's gang will be ready for their show. Do not forget that Mr.A will have to leave the bank or safe place after the deal or transaction. Scammers and criminals are not so dumb and stupid nowadays, please understand. Nowadays, criminals are even cloning emv chip cards.
Cameras in bank ? Criminals are not as stupid as we think they are. Mr.B's secret gang would perform the operation and not Mr.B and they plan things out quite smartly nowadays.
DO NOT sell or buy crypto from any personally unknown person in a face-to-face real life meet. It is not safe, even if the transaction or deal happens inside a bank or any other safe place.

Nah! Avoid face to face... maybe in a public zone but you are not safe... I know a case when a guy made such an exchange of about $3000 but the guy was followed for about 10 km until he was robbed and he ended up with his phone stolen and his car broken but happy that he is still alive.
Maybe I am paranoiac but an exchange like that it works through an online escrow.
 
so simple. safest way is a kyc exchange. binance. coinbase. once your account is verified you can execute the bank transfer within minutes.
localbitcoins is not actually local. you facilitate a trade via PM/Chat system. you need to KYC here too. bonus here is a lot of the sellers/buyers have ton of rep. note you will be paying a few % for the convenience of not using coinbase/binance.
reddit/r/cash4cash used this place before. no kyc. p2p. risky and unlikely to find 20k trade off the bat considering you have 0 rep as a newcomer. use it long enough you will find reputed network of ppl who are safe and ready for volume.

Sounds terrible, but you can exange in some mall, where are ATMs or banks. P2P change, deposit and blend in with the crowd. But your truth, its can be not safety.
