How to bypass youtube bans?

I found new niche in my language. I'm getting 200-300 views per couple hours and monetization is very simple and profitable. But I have a big problem...
I'm uploading 5 videos on 1 channel and I'm getting banned after 6-7 hours...
I have a question: How to bypass this bans? Is there any method or strategy like uploading 1-2 videos per channel?
Please help me...
I have big problems with gmail verification so I can't create many accounts and I can't doing tests to find an solution...

Are you videos original? because if your uploading someones videos then that might be why, there shouldn't be any issues if you are uploading your own videos

My video contains 1 picture. I'm creating a video per youtube editor. I tried with length of video: 1 minute, 2 minute, 1 hour, 1:30 hour, 1:50 hour and always it end with the same: BAN...
I have been tried to creating videos with camtasia studio and uploading but with no positive result...

you said it yourself - "like uploading 1-2 videos per channel?" and always use a different IP for each account. oh and try to make you video more interesting than 1 picture...youtube wants videos not 1 picture...

Okay, thanks! video with 1 picture is just simple to create, this is why I did this. I will combine with couple images or something like that.
I have internet connection with IP that changes after router restart so if they don't check MAC adress of computer I will not have problems with this.
