How to bypass video block worldwide video?

Hi guys.

I try to use corel x7 to render 3D, but seem it is still blocked worldwide
My film is Tom and Jerry cartoon, its is 4:3, i scale to 16:9 and render 3D.

some ones can help me how to by pass video ? thank you
