I have used different proxies and vpn and browsers but it still gives 14 minutes Waite error message

I'll share my personal experience (all accounts are aged with karma over 1k)
1. Tor browser - when I comment or cross post, I have to wait for 15 mins
2. Free VPN - the same as with Tor browser
3. Home IP address - NO problem and I can do all my cross posts within 5-10 mins

Don't use vpn as all datacenter ip blocked by reddit.
use residential vpn
