How To Bypass Paypal's "Can't Send Money Now Error"

I was wondering if anyone know the method to bypass Paypal's "Cant send money now error"

My account has $$ in it (paypal balance $$)

I am trying to buy some stuff from newegg & walmart, both produce the "can't send money now error"

I searched around and tried the usual common methods. Changed browsers, tried different sites, tried sending from a mobile device. It gives off that error

What's up with Paypal these days do they just wanna hold onto everyone's money for as long as they see fit?

Wait for Some hours or 1 to 2 days this error resolves automatically
