    i want to buy US(or other contry) bank account verification of paypal account from openvcc site and its look like i need US paypal account and US proxy that doesn't detect that i am not from the US. on every proxy and proxy sites i tried the paypal site detected my country. i also made sure that the cookies are disabled.

    there is a proxy service that can overcome this detection and make me look like i am from the US or specific country for my choice??

    1. Make sure that your proxy does not send headers that either reveals your real IP, or announces itself as proxy. Here's a snippet that detects such headers/ common open ports. Save it as php script and upload it to your server. Then browse to see if you are clean.

    Code:
    <?php
    if (
          $_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR']
       || $_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED']
       || $_SERVER['HTTP_FORWARDED_FOR']
       || $_SERVER['HTTP_VIA']
       || in_array($_SERVER['REMOTE_PORT'], array(8080,80,6588,8000,3128,553,554))
       || @fsockopen($_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'], 80, $errno, $errstr, 30))
    {
        exit('Proxy detected');
    }

    2. Make sure to disable Java and Flash. These can leak your IP even if protected.

    3. Delete all Browser cookies and caches and everything that can help them detect your previous activity. It's a good idea to use VMWare for this. Make one Virtual Machine per account and run them under system wide proxy(this can be tough to setup, but worth trying). This makes the accounts more manageable too.. Just name your VM as your Paypal email or something.. Hope it helps.

    Create a php file on your webserver and add this:

    Code:
    <ul> <?php
       foreach($_SERVER as $h=>$v)
         if(ereg('HTTP_(.+)',$h,$hp))
           echo "<li>$h = $v</li>\n";
       header('Content-type: text/html');
      ?>
    </ul>

    Access that file from your browser with and without a proxy. If the headers are not the same, that means that the proxy can be intercepted.

    Buy a US VPN service or a Paid US proxy. Don't try using a free proxy it's highly likely to be detected.

    Private proxies are the answer. With that, you could follow the other advices to make it harder for them. There's no point locking your front gate with a $1000 lock while keeping your back door open, if you get my point. By the way, I never mentioned anything about hosting proxy server lol.

    Im guessing your using publicly available proxies such as from H.M.A those dont work Paypal can detect those easily. I would recommend you check out the marketplace here and pick up a private proxy or you can even go for a private VPN service and select one of the I.Ps to your paypal account.

    You can purchase a dedicated server (VPS ) and i believe that's the best solution if you want affordable solution then you can use dedicated USA IP with VMware :)

    I agree ^^. You obviously need a private one to bypass the PayPal country detection.
