How to bypass or workaround facebook-Youtube? (views, exposure)

I have a 22k facebook fanpage but youtube links rarely get any exposure or reactions even if they get a lot of reach, but it has almost no reactions and no youtube views / subs (i ask my fans to do it but the each that shows is fake)

try just one facebook or youtube.
