Does anyone know how to bypass merge restrictions on a page, like this? tbot.png

I'd be more than willing to send a couple dollars via PayPal or a few pages, in exchange for the solution.

it was possible when suggest and edit trick was live..If you want,you can merge it in a newly small made page with same name it takes 3-4 days for successful merging.
