Can someone please tell me how should i add a article in new account.. whenever i try to publish on hubpage it is asking me for the phone verification which i don't want to give.. please help..

There are a few online services you can use like Google Voice or Twilio. Search the forum and you will find a bunch more to try.

If it's a text message verification, you can use textmenow to generate a number to repeatedly verify HB with.
