How to bypass fiverr's spam prevention alogorithem for referal program

Hi i live in India and fiverr's referral program is not available here so i have try cyber ghost vpn got few success but it stop working after few accounts.I have almost try many free and private proxies and also vps and cloud servers but nothing work i have also try a virtual mac service which claim they give physical machine not vps but it also not worked.Can anyone help that what could be the fiverr's referral program spam prevention algorithms and how can i bypass it?

Oh i am really disappointed with your reply,was hope some helpful answers but
hey how could you say that, black hat seo world is flooded with spam,and you are also spamming.Every blackhat greyhat or whitehat link building tactics is actually a spam because building a back link intentionally to a web page is against the big G tos by doing so you "spam G search results" also creating multiple accounts on fb and gmai everything is part of spam and everyone here are doing so.So can't you stop spaming before advising to some one else?

what you wanna do or you're doing is stealing from fiverr ! making accounts in fb or google or twitter is free . ordering gigs is not free !

Isn't you stealing from people and big boys by spam G search results and creating many accounts Or you are doing all this for fun only.
