How to bypass FB blocking CPA links?

Hey guys, I'm trying to post CPA offers in my FB groups but it gets blocked in just a few minutes, I've tried making web 2.0 blogs and redirect them to an offer but those blogs get blocked as well, how do I bypass that? I need to post a lot of offers, I even thought of making subdomains but I guess results will be the same, any ideas?

Host your LP's on blogger and avoid the redirect, make sure you iframe the offer url
