Not free, but can get for about 5usd in Thailand. Pre-activated.

there is no free option but you could get it cheap from lots of website selling online , also there is some seller that sells physical sim as virtual mode like as smspva.com you can find them in marketplace section

you can't "buy" a "free" sim card
either you pay or you get it for free lol
