As far as I know is it not possible to change usernames.
The requirements are:
- Be a member for at least 60 days
- Made at least 100 quality forum posts

You can't buy this Status.. 1st you need to be a donor .. and then for being Jr.VIP your account must be 6 months old .. no disputes, no bad feedback, no Infractions, and good with members..
How much you need to donate ? How long after donar to Jr.VIP ?

Wait until you have 100 post points, then go to the top of most
any page on BHW and click on the link that says "Membership".
Since you currently have only 87 post points, if you clicked on
the "Membership" link now, you would only be able to pay and
get DONOR status. Then later, if you wanted to upgrade further
to Jr. VIP, you would need to pay an ADDITIONAL $97.
My advice: Wait until your reach 100 post points, then click on
the "Membership" link, pay the $97, and you will go straight to
Jr. VIP status.
