I'm a total n00b here and keep hitting roadblocks that say "you can't do this" with generic message of "it may be because" this or that, but no indicator on how to solve it. I've read the rules and I'm not sure how to really understand at what point I'll be able to comment, post, and PM everywhere ... or even what level to purchase since the purchase screen is a little unclear at what gates will be lifted when I purchase. Is there a thread somewhere that outlines all of this?
