how to buy google accounts?

I bought 10 google accounts (not for ad, but for reviews) several months ago. I was given username, password and a recovery account email address.

Then when I try to log on, google asks me to verify recovery email address. Then it still says cannot confirm it's me, and sent a recovery code to the recovery email address.

Looks like I cannot log onto any of these google accounts. What's the complete info I need when I buy accounts in the future?

You need to know the signup country of these accounts then get a proxy that matches the same location. If you want to avoid such verifications, I suggest getting PVA aged accounts instead
