so I see this BNB token stuff you gotta have on PancakeSwap to buy crypto tokens…

… how can I get it?

Buy it on an exchange like Binance or FTX and then send it to Trust Wallet or Metamask.
Depending on your country, you may be able to buy it directly in Trust Wallet.

First sign up for Metamask. Then set up Binance Smart Chain. This article tells you how: https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/connecting-metamask-to-binance-smart-chain

Buy BNB on Binance. Send it to your BSC address on Metamask.

Once BNB is in your Metamask wallet, open Pancakeswap in the Metamask browser and connect to wallet. You can then start trading.

You can create an account at Binance and then buy BNB using Credit card or P2P.
Create a wallet at Metamask or trustwallet.
Send BNB to your wallet.

Next you need to connect your wallet at pancakeswap and can swap BNB for tokens.

You can buy on any exchange and then send in trust wallet. Choose binace chain.
