How to buy an established website?

Hello everyone,

I have some extra funds available and I'm interested in purchasing an established website or blog that's already generating revenue. Could you recommend key metrics to evaluate to ensure I make a wise investment and avoid scams? I've been exploring Flippa, but are there any other reputable marketplaces you'd suggest?

Assess its age, search volume, traffic, backlinks, and market value. Check for trademark conflicts and consider potential resale value.

Check out sedo.com. I heard about this a lot.
 
first age , its extension then backlinks then traffic count and ss score and check it hosting date as well .
 
You can buy from whom selling it , info about it ialmost in every forum or you can use platforms but before you need to understand what is website and so on .
 
Learn the business model first and understand before you purchase. You might lose its value even it is valuable at early stage if you don't know how to manage it.
 
Get a starter site and invest in ti's growth
This way, you'll learn all the fundamentals
 
to be honest there are some scams in flippa as well and I never had good experience with that. I have a website which i created in end of july, which was in digital product, and i was using facebook ads conversion ads, I got x3 or 4 roas, I have some other websites to manage I am thinking to hold that if you want you can buy it and I will share you the Facebook targeting details and the website ownership, I used wordpress, and the target market for that was india, for payment process i was using cosmofeed and was using pixel in that for better pixel data
 
Dont buy anything. All on the flippa and other such sites are Indian scammers.
Dont believe in any of the income screens there.
Save your money and make your own site.

Use free tuts on Youtube about SEO.

Only thing you can look on flippa and other sites is just to get ideas..

Dont buy any site. You will get scammed.

Be very careful on flippa. Lots of scammers there who fake the numbers on their sites. Stopped using them years back.
