How to Bulk Upload post to a forum

I have a SMF and I have prepared some post (like 200), to populate it before start promoting it.

Does anyone knows a program, script, tool or trick to mass-upload them without going to post them one by one?

I did ~10 searches and could not find it. I will be REALLY glad if you can send me the link or some search criteria.
