How to bulk cloack existing aff links in WP ?

first post here after quite a few years of lurking, and it's a question.

I have an affiliate website on Wordpress where links to different merchants are embedeed in product images. There are a lot of them.

Thing is I thought I could deal with cloacking later, but I can't find a solution. I'd like something that scans the pages/urls, and cloacks the links accordingly.

For example
"h**ps://merchant1.tld/?myaffid.blablabla" automatically becomes h**ps://mysite.tld/merchant1/go
"h**ps://merchant2.tld/?myaffid.blablabla" automatically becomes h**ps://mysite.tld/merchant2/go

Is that even possible ?
