How To Bulk Add "" to keywords?

Lets say we have 10000 keywords,all of them look in this way:
example keyword
And I want them to looks like this:
"example keyword"

I am sorry for the noob question.

You can also do it in excel -
1) put all keywords in column A
2) in b1 enter ="&a1
3) in c1 enter =b1&"
Then drag both formulas to the end of the range (last row in column)
Then lastly copy column c and paste to a text file

But if you can do it easily and fast online, that's best I'm sure!
