How to build your eMail sender reputation whe spamming?

Hi, I just got my email server setup and I have to build sender reputation for my messages to reach inbox eventually. However, my plan is to use email address scraper to collect emails from FB mostly....
How can I do that and build sending reputation at the same time. I dont see much point sending those emails to junk folder.... Does anyone have any experience how to approach this ?
