How to build tier 2 links effective?

Hi,
I am building a pbn and starting to have a lot of tier 1 blogs.
But how do I build tier 2 links to them effectively?

Either with some sort of software (GSA,SB,Rankerx) or outsource (its cheap T2 links).
 
You can buy GSA and Xrumer link blasts available on this forum.
 
For tire 2, you can go with cheap pbn pbn links if you have the budget, combined with some web 2.0, q&a links, doc, profile etc

yep, i agree. the best Tier 2 is another PBN. If you have the budget to build your own, you should be able to buy some lower quality PBN links to push through.

A question about keywords. What should I use? And should I get links to the PBNs front page or to specific blog posts?

Send links to whichever pages you are linking to your money site(s) from. Depends how your own PBN is setup. For keywords, I'd use longtail versions of my target keywords and some naked and branded links.

For example, let's say my money site is superdupercars.com.... I'd create my own (private) PBN link on a page like oldcarssite.com/amazing-car-stuff and then send links to that PBN page from other PBNs with lots of anchors, like "really amazing car stuff", "this site" "oldcarssite.com/amazing-car-stuff" "these amazing car things" etc
 
If it's for money site and long-term project avoid any sort of spam or bulk links. Just my opinion.
