What do u mean by "similar effect" ?

If it is general look and feel, I think wordpress could help you - with the right template, of course..

im was thinking this is some kind of script which is doing sub-domains from keywords like for example here hxxp://ranking-stron.freehost.nazwa.pl/

has anyone got such a script and would like to share ?
