Currently ,one of my sites is outranked by one site and I checked his backlinks .He has 1.4k backlinks and it was built withing 3 months.How did he do that ? Where can I buy that kind of backlinks ? Please check image .

Quality > Quantity with PBN links you can outrank him easy.

Using GSA SER, it is easy to create 10-20k verified BLs per day but I certainly have no doubt that it will harm you more. Big G is not that dumb novadays, I think.

If you put out a press release you'll usually get that many links that fast.

But that doesn't mean those links are good at all for SEO...

GSA can build that many links to your site but they will likely affect your rankings negatively. Tier the links instead or drip feed them.

Consider pyramid linking model
tier #1 - think quality over quantity
tier #2 - by using bots

Yeah it is possible to make that much link in this short time...But level of building links for the particular site should be in same level...so you need to maintain the same level of building all time....
but it will affect your ranking.........

I am already doing tier 3 backlinks and currently have around 400 backlinks.All are high quality.His website ranked at 2nd spot on google first page and mine is on 4 or 5th page.How can I outrank him easily ? PBN links are worth to try?
