I manage a private discount service on a social platform (apparently banned by Amazon) and want to activate Amazon’s affiliate program. However, Amazon doesn’t accept closed groups (and the platform that i'm using to host the service), so I thought of creating a buffer website to direct users from the platform to Amazon offers in a compliant way.
The main issue is that, since my service is private, the offers on the buffer site shouldn’t be publicly accessible.
I tried setting up the site so that the offers would appear only on a specific subpage (while keeping the homepage empty), and provided Amazon with the URL for that subpage.
However, my application was rejected with the explanation that the site was “invalid or nonexistent,” as though they’d only viewed the empty homepage.
What would be the best strategy to obtain Amazon’s approval while keeping the offers exclusive to my service?
I thought about using a subdomain but i don't know if the subdomain can be easily found
