- what platforms should i use ( facebook,twitter ...) ?
- Approximately how many social signals per day ?

Post on facebook and twitter? Pretty straight to the point. There are a few people in the marketplace that offer services if you want a larger scale. It's never done much for my rankings that I can tell however.
