How to build my own proxy list?

Hey there!

I'm kinda new to this whole stuff, but I realise I need working proxies for the thing I want to do money with. :yumyum:

So, is there any FREE way to get free working proxies?

My PC is running 24/7 anyways, so that's not a problem.
