Well, Dont ping your backlinks, as the song, Let it be, as natural. The .edu and .gov links are importand, I saw the last week a new site in a good position wihtout ******** backlinks, but wiht a good number os .edu links, also the bookmarking is powerfull, and you dont know how much help to us use Google + posting links there, it's amazing!

I'd agree with most here. Guest posts and press releases for sure.

Also would like more information about how to build a private blog network

im still using xrumer for profile and bookmarking. i think they are still work.
